Why can't things be simple anymore? My dad's in the hospital and just got done with spinal/neck surgery. My mom went with him at first, but then she came home upset last night and wouldn't tell us anything. Now she's filing for divorce, and getting us ready to move into a duplex or apartment or whatever. My sister seems to have accepted it, but how can i? I've always pictured my parents together. They've had their fights but nothing close to this.
Alright, they're getting a divorce. Another problem resides in the fact that they are letting me and my sister choose where to live. Do I want to live with my dad? He's got anger issues, and I honestly think that the only thing we have in common is our love of the outdoors. But he's also got a strong supportive side and knows things about school and college. On my mom's side, she's always trying to get me to date someone I don't really know, she's pushy, and has a horrible temper. But she's always has been there for me, but then again my dad is the one who goes to all of my activities and things.

What should I do?
